Class Evaluations 

In the beginning of the year i was excited being once again in this class and learning about coding. Some things i enjoyed about this class where meeting new people because I did not know no one in this class. Including all the words and phrases we would do in class because it taught me to become a better person. Not only that but to motivate myself and never give up on my dreams because I know i can accomplished my goals. Lastly, i enjoyed doing the scratch project because it was fun and creative how coding is the reason why we have games and entertainment. 

 The things I didn't like about this class were that we didnt do partners work nor projects. I think the reason i say this is probably because i really didnt talk to no one. Other than that i truly think this class is great and  I do not dislike anything about this class other than what i stated before. 

Some recommendations to improve this class is having more partner projects. Also having sitting chart in order to meet new people. Also, having CTR card check every two weeks. I think that will be a great idea because it will remind students to always have there ctr card. 

The highlight for me in this class is reading my 100+ goals because it will remind me how important to me its is to read my goals. The reason being is because my goals are the ones who motivate me to success and accomplishing after another to another. Once i finish with all my goals i will keep on going until whenever I want because it is my life and only i can achieve it if i believe in myself.

In this class i tried my best into doing an outstanding work. Not only the work but to be respectful upon the younger classmates. Even though i would not check my schoology and there was assignment due i would miss. On the other hand, I would do everything else and get a good score on my work. 

I am reading me life planning goals journal everyday because how i stated before it helps me to motivate and grow as a person. Also, marking a victory on the side of one of my goals it brings happiness and makes me feel like a winner not a failure. 

I am committed to be a CTR person because when your choosing the right you show how great of a person you are. Also, that you do not get influenced by the people who choose the wrong. So I would like to thank you Mr. Haymore for teaching me the values of being a CTR person.

Reflection: Stephan Curry is an a great example to motivate those who want to succeed. I as a person who do picture my goals why will accomplish because that all it takes for me to believe i can do anything my mind put into. It takes determination and dedication to achieve your goals because you need to show that you are passionate with your goals. I will better myself everyday because everyone has bad days and when those bad days come I will appreciate what i have and accomplish and lastly learn from my mistakes. I wouldnt want to live a live with regrets or nor i wish this, i wish that instead believing I can succeed. His 10 rules will help get through life because everyone wants top do something and following this rules will be beneficial in my life. He encouraged me not to give up to find a solution on bettering yourself and what you want to become. Reflection: 

Christano Ronaldo 10 rules for success are beneficial to us because this 10 phrases can help us in everyday life. The one that stood out the most is "People will always judge you" because we know that someone is always going to bring you down however you shouldnt let that stop from doing what you like best. Another tip that stood out is "Believe you are the best" because if you dont believe in yourself i will be harder for you take a challenge. Also, being competitive is important because it shows that you work twice much more than others and it shows that you are dedicated into your success. Enjoying the moments are very memorable for you because its a part of you that will motivate you into achieving. This 10 rules of success will help me grow strong as a person that would not take anything for granted and would never give up on what i want to accomplish whether it will be hard.

  Reflection: This second seed out of 10 seeds of greatness is important because is telling you that being creative is another way of success. Creativity has a role because it shows that you are the creative on building new ideas or trying to fix the problems. For instance, your teacher instructs you to try to create shapes with your team mates with just a string. All of your team mates will have to participate and be creative on having to build the shapes. Another, example is that say your playing tether ball and the rope is ripping of you can be creative and find a way to fix your problem so i would try to find another rope or use tape to hold it together.Being creative shows that you are very skilled of problem solving.

Reflection: This means that when your creative your not afraid to express what you think because you want to learn and keep building up skills to succeed. 

2. The seed of Responsibility 

"whatever we sow, we wrap." 

Reflection: This part the seed is Responsibility. Responsibility means to me that are people who are accountable on due dates. For example, your friend tells you to she needs help on Saturday to throw a surprise party for her mom. You have to be responsible for your to show up if you agree on helping her on saturday. Also, if you are having an interview and your 5 minutes late thats not being responsible, but what you can do is call and say your running a little late but you will see he/she there. Another example is your coach assigning a time at 6am for you guys to practice your responsible to be there on time and show up earlier. Responsibility is something everyone has when there is a due date on an assignment a teacher has given. Also, when you volunteer for something and they tell you to bring snacks you are accountable because they put the trust on you in order to being snacks.

Responsibility: This quote is saying that friendship also holds responsibility because you can lose friends if they knew you can give them a hand ,but instead you rather think about yourself. 

3. The seed of Wisdom

Reflection: This seed of wisdom is important because it seeks the kind of person you are and the type of determination you bring to the table. Also, the knowledge you have and you keep building up on. Wisdom is also being successful because its the way you take your problems is either you walk away from it or face it and you find a resolution. In order to get wisdom you need to be wise and by that you need to know what your doing from your actions knowledge will be beneficial and having experience. That will help you become more wise that leads to wisdom. The word itself says a lot because it sounds positive. What i think about the seed of wisdom is that its a choice you have if you want to succeed. Also, how wisdom shows a great character of you because many people desire to be brave to have wisdom.

Reflection: This quote means that in order to gain wisdom you need to experience on what life gives you. Also, knowledge comes from wisdom.

The seed of Purpose

" The gold mine is your goals."Reflection: The seed of purpose means to me that everyone has a purpose in life. Even though life seems like you get hit by the bus, but the interesting part is how you find solution. You need to find the purpose of your life for instance writing down your goals and actually achieving it. Another example is, surrounding yourself with people who are going to motivate you and make you shine your future, and make you succeed. everyone goes through there tough times and the important part was to get your self out of your problems. I am a person who always try to motivate people when there feeling blue. I tell them life has a purpose if you put effort and try to do the right thing because you do not want to be a failure all the time. That's why its important to grow and keep building yourself into greatness because life moves on with or without you and life does have a purpose and you will love life.

The seed  of Communication

Reflection: This seed is another seed part of the 10 seeds of Greatness. What this seed means is that its important to communicate with others. For instance, if you cant communicate then there is no way your mother will know what you want. For instance, you can communicate with your friends about telling them everything of what you feel. Also, if your getting bullies is important to communicate or speak up for yourself because it will show that you are not a coward and you are not afraid to speak up. Adding on, communication to internships or people who are administrators its important to communicate if you want to talk about something that you would like to for a change. Also when your boss needs to be communicating with you because what if he/she dont tell you what to do and you get in trouble for not doing it right all because both of you do not communicate.

Reflection what this means is that you need communication in order to be a a leader. 

The seed of faith 
"the power of positive believing"
Reflection: This seed is important because it is talking about believing and achieving. The seed of faith is something everyone should have to make them stronger as a person. Its a power that only can control and others can guide you. Whether it can be based upon religious in having faith for Jesus Christ and believing that he can help you on anything if you have faith. If you have confidence on something you need to get done it's a really good self-esteem because it shows that your not a coward and that you believe that you can achieve anything you want. When you do not believe in yourself that is lack of self-esteem,and thinking that you are a failure even worse because your the only one that has power to yourself and the one who will gave faith and know you can do amazing things. If you do not believe on yourself then its important to talk to someone or surround yourself with people who will help you have faith on yourself.

Reflection: This quote is saying that its important to have faith because if you dont you'll be stuck on life. Meaning you going to think life for me there is no purpose. Also, have to understand that whatever life throws you, you need to accept how life goes on. 

The seed of Adaptability 
"Turning Problems into Opportunities"

Reflection: This seed of Adaptability is important because its really important to adapt to your community or any other new community. Also, it important for you to turn any of your problems to a solution. Right when you have a problem its for you to fix it not to run away from it because that is showing that you are not a problem solver, that you just expect a miracle to come down the sky. Instead, seek for an opportunity and take advantages from them because opportunities do not come everyday. For instance, when a student has the problems finical for college and they offer him/her a scholarship. That should be a solution for your problem because nothing is stopping you to get an education.

The seed of Perseverance
"the will to win is everything" 
 Reflection: This seed is a new seed that us humans need to take notice and work on Perseverance. Perseverance is steadfastness in doing something despite difficulty or delay in achieving success.This means that you take a risk even if your gut is telling not to because the situation is difficult,yet you have to keep moving forward not giving up. For instance if you are doing a certain activity and you keep saying that there is something missing but you do not know what it is so you try different things until you succeed. Another  example, is when you are trying to practice a dance routine for a talent show and you keep on forgetting the steps all you have to do is keep on practicing and repeat the same routine over and over. The motivation that should let you bring perseverance is knowing that you have friends and family who will support you till the day you accomplish on what you set your mind too. Perseverance is something us human should work on because many of slack off and dont end up achieving there goal because they dont have confidence.It's important to have perseverance.

Reflection: The seed of perspective means that you have a positive attitude. Also, it can mean something you focus on something of the way you see things. It is important to reflect how we do things why we do things. For instance, you need to check your actions of how other people see it. Adding, on everyone thinks different and imagine different because when you are explaining something they either imagine or jump in conclusions or solve the problem. It is important to have perspective in your life because you do not know what coming your way. You have to be prepared based on what life is going to through you whether is something great or bad you need to learn from it.

Reflection: What this quote is trying to say is that you can turn perspective to anything possible that you set your mind to do.

Reflection: This seeds of greatness are nothing but helpful in life because it helps us to become a better person. This seeds are used for better living life and it will be helpful if you keep growing this seed to also help others. How i stated before this seeds will help you to become a better person such as having perspective with love and positive attitude in your life. Being creative when something gets tough or when you need to find a solution of your problem. Having self esteem is the most important because only you can actually control it. Faith is another important seed because without it you wouldn't be a brave or have courage to do something. This seeds will help you in life because you need to consider and know how to take care of this seeds to grow and expand, so you can be prepared when life gets hard. Above it all, this seeds are very special because they will help you achieve into greatness.
